  • How do I sign up?

         Its easy! Just call (305) 512-7383 and one of our instructors will reserve a pole for you. Don't forget... 1st time

         class is free.

 

  • What should I wear to class?

         Pole dancing requires exposure of skin to be able to stick to the pole. If you're in Beginner 1 or 2 class, yoga

         shorts, sports bra and a tank top is fine. If you're taking a flexibility class -such as Stretch Flexx or Furious

         Splits- yoga pants or leggings would be more appropriate. Keeping the body warm during intense stretches is

         necessary to achieve flexibility. Stripper shoes are also encouraged for pole dancing. The rubber on the sole

         of the shoes help you not slip and also teaches balance. Shoes are sold in studio. Ask your instructor for

         information on what shoes best fit your needs.

 

  • Do I have to lose weight before starting to pole dance? Do I need to be physically fit to pole dance?

         Absolutely not! APD customizes classes to train everyone of all levels to achieve their pole dancing goals

         by conditioning and strengthing the muscles. Pole fitness allows you to tone muscles and pole dance helps

         burn fat.
